This year marks the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act 2014. The legislation was designed to “put victims first” when it came to enforcing against anti-social behaviour.
In celebration of this significant anniversary, Kuljit Bhogal KC will conduct a series of ASB masterclasses. These sessions are designed to explore the latest developments in anti-social behaviour case law.
