Kuljit’s PSPO flyer

One of the UK leading experts of Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs), Kuljit Bhogal has produced a useful summary explaining what local authorities can do when they intend to create a PSPO and what it can cover.

In particular, she discussed what a town centre PSPO could cover and what the test for making a PSPO is.

Kuljit is also the author of Cornerstone on Anti-Social Behaviour (Bloomsbury, 2019, 2nd edition).
