Lisa represented the Secretary of State for Education in an appeal against non-determination by the London Borough of Sutton with respect to an application for planning permission for a new SEN school to be erected on playing fields in the London Borough of Sutton. The Inquiry took place over four days, commencing on 28th September 2020. The Secretary of State’s recovered decision on the appeal is awaited.
