ASBO – disabled vexatious litigant – harassing wardens of a local park.
Acting for the Council in an ASBO application involving the City of London Corporation who are the owners of a park where the wardens had been subjected to harassment by a regular visitor to the park. New point on service of ASBO applications to be considered on appeal. This case attracted significant media interest.
