Mary Cook has just been named in the Chambers & Partners top 100 barristers in the UK. Her citation reads:

“Mary Cook is amongst the very finest juniors at the Planning Bar. She handles both high value and complex cases and has a welter of experience of acting for both landowners and developers on major projects and urban redevelopments. Her recent matters have included acting for Southwark as acquiring authority in the making of a compulsory purchase order to secure the demolition and redevelopment of the borough’s notorious Heygate estate. According to solicitors, “her knowledge of CPO matters is unparalleled and her ability to drive a project forward and problem solve sets her apart from others. She never fails to deliver and is a joy to work with.”

We are delighted that Mary is getting the recognition she rightly deserves as one of the best CPO, Planning and Local Government lawyers in the country.
