Lisa acted for the local planning authority in two conjoined appeals against the authority’s refusal of planning permission to demolish an existing dwelling and erect a seven bedroom detached dwelling at the above address; and refusal of an application for outline permission to erect a block of 18 flats on the site.

The appeals were dismissed by the decision of an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State in March 2007.
