Freemont (Denbigh) Ltd v Welsh Ministers and Denbighshire County Council [2016] EWHC 482 (Admin), Hickinbottom J’s judgment following a joint hearing of two matters, both dismissed and ruled totally without merit. These were an application for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision of Welsh Ministers referred to below and dated September 2015; and an appeal under section 23 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 against the decision of the Welsh Ministers, referred to below and dated 29 September 2015 to confirm a CPO of Denbigh Hospital.
