Jennifer Oscroft acted for the applicant in a defamation action in which Mr Justice Tugenhadt granted an interim injunction where a solicitor had established a prima facie case of libel by a person running a website called “solicitorsfromhell.co.uk”. There remained a threat of further publication of the words complained of, and if further publication occurred the solicitor would suffer injury which could not be fully compensated in damages.
