Gerard Forlin QC in Court hearing in relation to the Shoreham air crash disaster this week

Gerard Forlin QC appeared in a Zoom Court hearing in relation to the Shoreham air crash disaster this week. This was the 6th preliminary hearing in this inquest. He acts for 9 of the 11 families.
Gerard made a number of points including the need of further disclosure in relation to the go pro footage and dog cams so that the families of the 11 dead can see the material. He made a number of other points including in relation to the appointment of expert assessors by the Coroner.
The next hearing is in November and the final 6 week inquest will take place in September 2021 as it was adjourned a year due to COVID-19.
