Gerard Forlin QC speaks at the Health & Safety Law Update 2022

Gerard Forlin QC has been invited to speak at the Health & Safety Law Update 2022, hosted by The Legal Training Consultancy on 3 February 2022. The half-day online conference will discuss a wide range of issues within Health & Safety Law, delivered by eight experts in the field.
Gerard will be chairing the Conference with seven other Barristers speaking. He will cover a number of issues including the recent very important topic of inquests and in particular the implications, both legally and practically, of the Supreme Court case of Maugham and a recent Divisional Court case where Gerard acted for the families.
