Jack Parker is appearing at an inquiry concerning a shale gas exploration well in South Yorkshire. The inquiry opened yesterday.

Jack is representing Woodsetts Against Fracking who are seeking to resist an appeal by INEOS Upstream Limited against the decision by Rotherham MBC to refuse the application.

The inquiry will have to consider the impacts of the proposals which raise particular concerns in respect of traffic and residential amenity bearing in mind the location site is immediately adjacent to homes whose residents suffer from a variety of health impacts.
