Nina Pindham carries out comparative legal analysis of biodiversity net gain regimes across the world

Earlier this month Cornerstone’s Nina Pindham presented a paper to the IUCN’s 20th Anniversary Environmental Law Colloquium in Joensuu, Finland which carried out a comparative legal analysis of biodiversity net gain regimes across the world.

She also co-presented on the impacts of climate change on legal practice as part of her ongoing work as part of a coalition consisting of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association and Law Society of England and Wales.

The biodiversity net gain paper will be published in full later this year.
