Philip Kolvin QC speaks at world’s largest conference on music and the urban environment

Philip Kolvin QC, Head of Cornerstone Barristers, and renowned licensing expert, is speaking at the annual Music Cities Convention, which is taking place on May 18th in Brighton.

Philip will be presenting his Manifesto for the Night Time Economy, which contains key principles for the development of a sustainable leisure economy.

The largest of its kind, the Convention brings together individuals from all aspects of the industry, from academics to record label executives, to discuss the relationship between the music industry and city planning strategy, development and policy.

The Convention includes a programme of seminars designed to explore the strategies and tactics employed by cities which are using the music industry to improve city life and support urban regeneration.

Philip will be co-presenting with Alan Miller, Chairman of the Night Time Industries Association.
