Cornerstone Barristers’ Head of Chambers, Philip Kolvin QC, will be making a key note presentation to the Responsible Hospitality Institute’s prestigious Sociable City Leadership Summit in Austin, Texas. Philip will focus on the evolution of 24/7 licensing and the many changes occurring in the UK in managing the night-time economy.

The summit, which will feature the global movement for the ‘night mayor’ and night-time commissions,  runs between 12-14 February 2017. It showcases the best strategies to plan, manage and police nightlife and sociability in mixed use districts.
