Head of Cornerstone Barristers Philip Kolvin QC has today published an article stating that remote licensing hearings are currently lawful. In the article, Philip explains the legal basis for such hearings and expresses the strong view that no court would interfere with a decision to hold hearings remotely provided they are fair, allow the parties to contribute and the public to view the proceedings online.
