Gerard Forlin KC was part of the editorial and review team of an important report about good practices for crowd management in performance spaces and licensed venues in the UK, which has just been published.
The report is supported by the Night Time Industries Association, the UK Crowd Management Association and the UK Door Security Association, and was commissioned following several high profile incidents which have led to a loss of life due to failings with crowd management.
Gerard is a leading barrister with a vast amount of experience gained during his three-decades long career at the Bar, having worked in over 80 countries. He has advised on high-profile State ceremonial matters, historical and large-scale crowd events such as the Notting Hill carnival.
