Steven Gasztowicz QC is the author of a new edition of Professor Scamell’s renowned text on Land Covenants, which has been the leading work on the subject since its first publication in 1996. The new edition will be published today.
The 2nd edition, covering both restrictive and positive covenants, brings the work up to date and includes chapters on such things as planning obligations. It also includes extensive coverage of freeing land from restrictions and of the position of local authorities in relation to covenants.
