Shoreham Air Crash: Gerard Forlin KC examines important lessons from inquest at HSLA event
Gerard Forlin KC is joining the Health & Safety Lawyer’s Association for a special event examining the important lessons from the Shoreham Air Crash inquest on 1 February 2024, from 6pm.
The event takes place at: DAC Beachcroft, the Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AF
Gerard was counsel for the families of the deceased during the inquiry into the 11 deaths that occurred on the A27 during the Shoreham Airshow on 22 August 2015. Gerard will speak alongside Keith Morgan KC, counsel for the Civil Aviation Authority.
Topics under discussion will include: acting for groups of families; Article II; Unlawful Killing post Maughan; the Norfolk Principle and the Shoreham Inquest Judicial Review in the Divisional Court.
