Lisa Busch QC represented Waverley BC in the examination concerning its CIL draft Charging Schedule on 17 July 2018.

The Examiner’s report recommending that the Charging Schedule should be approved was issued on 1 October 2018 and the Council adopted the Charging Schedule on 31 October 2018.
