Chelsea joined Cornerstone Barristers in September 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. In January 2017 she joined the clerking team as a junior clerk. In April 2022 Chelsea was promoted to Practice Manager.

Chelsea supports all members of Chambers daily, but her main role is to assist Team Leader Daniel Gatt with managing and developing the practice of all barristers within the team. Her daily duties involve allocating new instructions, diary management, fee negotiations, and business development.
