Cornerstone welcomes Professor Roderick Bagshaw as an Associate Tenant of Chambers

Professor Roderick Bagshaw, Tutor and Fellow in Law at Magdalen College, University of Oxford has joined Cornerstone Barristers as an Associate Member.
Professor Bagshaw teaches undergraduate courses in Administrative Law and Tort Law, and on the postgraduate BCL Private Law and Fundamental Rights course.
He is the co-author, with Nicholas J. McBride, of a textbook on Tort Law (7th ed, 2024) and responsible for writing chapters in Phipson on Evidence and Clerk and Lindsell on Torts. He was formerly on the Executive Committee of the Society of Legal Scholars and the Convenor of the Society’s Tort Law Subject Section.
