Seminar: Understanding data protection (GDPR) and surveillance in social housing

With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force on 25th May 2018, it is important for those involved in social housing to be aware of their obligations and responsibilities in respect of data sharing and data protection. This includes data collected in the context of tenancy fraud and ASB investigations.

Members of the Cornerstone Barristers’ data protection and social housing teams will provide up to date guidance and advice to local authorities, housing associations and housing practitioners.
