Appeal on a point of law under s. 204 of the Housing Act 1996 alleging that the local authority acted in a manner which was procedurally unfair as it failed to put the findings of its medical advisor before the applicant for comment and failed to obtain his G.P.’s records before making a decision about whether he was in priority need.
