Morocco, in Delos Guide to Arbitration Places

The guide covers the legal frameworks and the arbitration infrastructure of each jurisdiction. It provides practical advice to questions that arise in the day-to-day conduct of an arbitration, and will be of assistance to in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners alike. Delos is a new and dynamic arbitral institution, established in 2014, and is making great strides in promoting an arbitration procedure which is more accessible and cost effective, particular for smaller commercial disputes. The GAP now covers 56 countries, providing a comprehensive, comparative study on arbitration places around the globe. Natasha Peter contributed to the chapter on the law of arbitration in Morocco.
