Appeal against refusal to stay warrant for possession; this decision was appealed by the landlord to the Court of Appeal, where the matter was adjourned pending the decision of the House of Lords in LB of Lewisham v Malcolm and thereafter, as a result of that decision, the appeal was not opposed.
