Sam Fowles will be speaking at the Gender Questioning Children Schools Guidance webinar alongside Robin White from Old Square Chambers on Wednesday 6th March at 5pm.
The Seminar will cover:
- Is the draft guidance fit for purpose?
- Would a School or College following the draft guidance act within the Law?
- Are there alternative sources of guidance?
- Should you or your institution respond to the consultation and if so, how?
Sam and Robin will discuss the guidance for approximately 30 minutes, before taking taking questions from attendees.
