Successful residential inquiry for Hunstowe Land Ltd

Appeal Ref: APP/Z1510/W/20/3251952 Land west of B1057 Bardfield Road, Finchingfield
An Inspector has allowed an appeal for up to 50 houses on a greenfield site at Finchingfield in Braintree. The Council had refused the application on several grounds. The Appeal Decision was issued on the 25th November 2020 following an inquiry in October 2020. The inquiry heard detailed evidence relating to heritage, landscape, planning and highways issues.
