Tara O’Leary awarded Pegasus Scholarship

We are delighted to announce that Tara O’Leary has been awarded an outgoing Pegasus Scholarship by Inner Temple. Scholarships are awarded to junior barristers following a competitive application process. They aim to help young lawyers gain experience of the practice of law in other jurisdictions and to build relationships with international legal communities.
Tara was awarded a Scholarship for 2020 but delayed her placement during the pandemic. As a Pegasus Scholar she will spend six weeks in February and March 2022 as a Visiting Scholar at the Leitner Centre for International Law and Justice at Fordham Law School in New York City, conducting research and providing legal advice on the Centre’s human rights projects.
