Uber London Limited’s appeal against Transport for London to take place in July

The Chief Magistrate today confirmed that Uber London Limited’s appeal against Transport for London’s refusal of its London PHV Operator’s Licence will take place from 6-10 July 2020.

Ranjit Bhose QC is again acting for Uber, alongside Tim Ward QC and James McClelland, instructed by Hogan Lovell’s partner Charles Brasted.

The case was last week highlighted by The Lawyer as one of the twenty ‘top appeals of 2020’.
