Gerard Forlin QC instructed in major health and safety matter

Gerard recently acted for a construction company after a double electrocution occurred in a House of Lords site in Millbank, London. After carefully listening to Gerard’s lengthy submission, the learned judge fined the defendant company £45,000. Further information on the case can be found here.
