Cornerstone Barristers announces three new silks

Cornerstone Barristers is proud to announce that Paul Shadarevian, Matt Hutchings and Tom Cosgrove are to be appointed Queen’s Counsel.

Paul Shadarevian has extensive expertise across all areas of planning law, including residential, infrastructure and other public projects; compulsory purchase and compensation; local development frameworks and documents; employment and commercial; and major redevelopment and regeneration schemes.

Matt Hutchings has a broad practice which covers property, administrative and public law and commercial and regulatory litigation. He regularly appears before the High Court in substantial trials as well as judicial reviews, acting for or against Government as well as in disputes between private individuals and organisations.

Tom Cosgrove is a specialist in the field of planning, administrative and public law. His planning and public law practice sees him represent a broad range of clients at substantial planning inquiries and in judicial review and statutory challenges in the Higher Courts of England and Wales.
