Public Law Week: Challenging Policies in the Courts

The opening training session of Public Law Week will feature our expert panel who will explore how local and central government policies are challenged in the courts and how to respond to those challenges. The speakers will look at policy challenges by way of defence to private law proceedings, policy challenges as a mechanism to enforce statutory rights and direct challenges to policies themselves.
