Four Cornerstone members to start the examination into the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan

The examination into the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan opens next week. Cornerstone Barristers will be assisting a number of the main parties.
Michael Bedford QC and Wayne Beglan for Luton Council, Tom Cosgrove QC for Abbey Land Developments Ltd and Gladman Developments Ltd (West of Luton strategic site), and Robert Williams for Gladman Developments Ltd (promoting a range of sites).
The examiners are Inspectors Matthew Birkenshaw and Helen Hockenhull. The examination is scheduled to last for five weeks between May and July.
