General Election: SNP seek judicial review of exclusion from the leaders debate

Philip Coppel QC and Sam Fowles have been instructed by the Scottish National Party (SNP) to challenge ITV’s decision to exclude Nicola Sturgeon from the leaders debate on Tuesday 19 November. The claim will be heard on today by a Divisional Court bench along with a similar claim brought by the Liberal Democrats.
