Last month, the Cornerstone Climate team came together to deliver a timely webinar about Climate Change Litigation and the Road to Net Zero.
Over the course of the hour, our panel discuss the recent Supreme Court case of Finch V Surrey County Council with Harriet Townsend, one of five Cornerstone members instructed in the case. You can read more about the case here. A judgment is expected in the Autumn.
In the video, Sam Fowles also explores what happens when climate change “duties” clash with planning policies. The session was chaired by James Findlay KC.
