Three members appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s panel of counsel
Public Law and Judicial Review
We are proud to announce that Sarah Salmon, Tara O’Leary and Sam Fowles have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s (EHRC) panel of counsel.
The EHRC panel of counsel is a group of preferred suppliers of legal services who provide advice and representation to support the EHRC’s legal and enforcement work in British and European courts.
Sarah Salmon and Tara O’Leary join the B panel while Sam Fowles is appointed to the C panel.
The appointments follow a highly competitive process and is testament to the strength of Cornerstone Barristers in public law work. Sarah, Tara and Sam will all be speaking at our upcoming conference Public Law in 2024: Practical Insights and Trends, on Thursday 4th July 2024, which will see a packed schedule of talks dive into the latest developments in public law and judicial review.
Our members regularly appear in high-profile cases of strategic importance before all courts. This includes judicial review, governmental and other inquiries, tribunal proceedings, disciplinary proceedings involving public bodies, and statutory appeal work.
