Planning Law Survey 2024: 12 members of chambers highly rated by Planning Magazine

Cornerstone Barristers are pleased to note that 12 members of our Planning and Environment team have achieved rankings in the annual survey of the planning legal profession, published on 27 June 2024 by Planning Magazine.
Tom Cosgrove KC, James Findlay KC, Michael Bedford KC, Richard Ground KC and Estelle Dehon KC all rank among the ‘top-rated planning silks’.
Jonathan Clay, Ed Grant, Wayne Beglan, David Lintott, Robert Williams and Ben Du Feu all place in the ‘top-rated planning juniors’ list. Jack Barber is listed as one of the ‘highest-rated planning juniors under 35’.
In addition, Richard Ground KC makes the list of the ‘highest-rated barristers for residential, infrastructure and commercial’, while Michael Bedford KC places on the “highest rated barristers for infrastructure”
The annual Planning Law Survey, now in its 27th year, gives a detailed picture of planning barristers, solicitors, law firms and legal departments working in England.
